We understand there is a water shortage here in Santa Cruz Ca and window cleaning might become a concern because people are conserving water aggressively. On a typical window cleaning in Santa Cruz, we clean windows insides, outsides and screens with only 1.5 gallons of water… Not bad. The bucket in the photo is a 3 gallon bucket, we fill it up to the bottom of the logo, about 1.5 gal / house. (That’s about one toilet flush worth) Gutter cleaning in Santa Cruz County we use our blower -no water consumption there. Web removal is manually done with a dry brush. This way you can drink as much water as you can! 🙂 hydrate up it’s hot out.

Prices include inside and out and screens. A “regular window cleaning” gets all organic material off glass. We clean what you look through. Tracks are best serviced by house cleaners with a vacume brush. Frames are cleaned by our pressure washing service. Upon request razor blading a window is an additional $10 / Window. Paint removal and other Construction Clean up can be 2-5x’s the regular window cleaning price. Water stains, and other stains can not be removed.
