How

Generally, when I arrive for an appointment, I count the windows and give you an exact price of what it will cost before I begin. That way you can be comfortable and confident in our price and service. I’m striving to win you as a long term client with my price and service. If everything looks good, I’ll perform the service at that time. I can give you a ball park figure here = ($13/window)

Definition: “1 window” is a typical bedroom window, with one fixed piece and one that slides and one screen. Inside and out is $13. There are various sizes, all of them = “1 window” The most common size is the first photo. I use that size as a template to figure out other configurations a sliding door is about the size of two of these, so I count a slider as “2”. If there are two small fixed windows I count them together as “1”. If you have a fixed bay window the size of a sliding door, I’d count that as “2”. If the fixed bay window is the size of half a sliding door (a regular window) I’d count it as “1” which is more common. And so on. windows that include two screens count as 2.

What

Window cleaning is $13 / window for inside, outsides and screens. This includes 1-2 story buildings. Call me about 3 story work. A “regular window cleaning” gets all organic material off glass. We clean what you look through. (inside, outside and screen) You’ll be stoked. Tracks are best serviced by house cleaners with a vacuum brush. Frames are cleaned by our “pressure wash / Gentle house wash” service. Upon request razor blading a window is an additional $10 / window for “Paint Removal” and other “Construction Clean up” it can be 2-5x’s the regular window cleaning price. Water stains, and other stains can not be removed.
